To fish multiple days on your charter, with the current exchange rate, it's actually a better bargain to get the 7-day Ontario non-resident license/with the outdoor card (which is valid for 3 years). All in all, when the captain makes the suggestion, oftentimes it'll be a win-win for you and your group.
